A crazy cool and zany young adult novel. The setting is fantastic and engaging, and the characters are all especially appealing. This book was clearly written with a younger audience in mind and succeeds in providing a wonderful experience for children. There are a lot of interesting ideas presented, but it's especially valuable because it presents a lot of character traits which are encouraged for evaluation from a younger perspective, something which is often missing from young adult literature. Sadly, the book hasn't aged especially well, especially reflecting on the millionaire glorification but I'm very grateful for the experience it gave me.
