Secret Hitler has integrity as a social deduction game. At the end of the day, there is a degree of discourse, debate, and lying which goes on. However, it relies fairly heavily upon keeping track of cards, which is rather boring to pay attention to, and there are a lot of unnecessarily convoluted mechanics which don't go well together. Thematically, Secret Hitler relies a lot upon shock value as a crutch, which is a kind of dull smokescreen to make up for its mediocre mechanics. Simply on account of better social deduction games being available fairly easily, it generally isn't worth it to sit down for a match of Secret Hitler.
