Root is a charming, pretty asymmetrical war game. The strategy of the game as it pertains to each individual player varies quite a bit and sometimes isn't immediately obvious. Overall, Root is a very cute game which breaks down upon extremely close scrutiny but for the most part is a joy to learn.
