Potion Explosion is a crazy, wild, and fun experienced, packaged in a zany whimsical setting with super cool physical components. What's more, from a very raw mechanical and strategic level, the game actually holds up extremely well; the game produced some of the most fun and exciting player interactions I'd had in a long while. This was something I was very surprised by, since I was expecting it to be a sort of cheap piece of garbage just based on the general premise. I definitely underestimate this, and I am so happy to have discovered a game which I would be able to enjoy with such a wide range of audiences so easily.
