Dominion is a fast paced deck-builder which provokes thought without ever becoming too overwhelming. Each turn is fun in of itself, and it is rewarding to ponder how to best use each drawn hand and to try to think ahead of your opponents. Unfortunately, it plays a little bit like several concurrent games of solitaire, with player interaction being limited at best and virtually non-existent at worst. The setup and tear-down is also such a high percentage of total game time that it detracts considerably from the experience.
