Clank in Space inherits a lot of the problems from its predecessor. At the very least, the new mechanics make the board a little bit more fun to play on, and the game feels a little bit more fluid. The pace of the game is still uncomfortable though, and the draw bag still feels awful. From a thematic perspective, Clank in Space tries to be funny and kind of falls flat, but it is still less monotonous than the fantasy version by a little.
